How we look after the details you give us when you ask for a quote or a call back.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the call-back form we collect the details you type in: your name, company name, email address, telephone number and a description of what you need moving. If you call or email us we keep a record of that contact.
Why we use it
- To call you back, give you a quote and arrange the work you ask about.
- To keep normal business records of our dealings with you.
We use your details for these purposes because it is necessary to respond to your request and in our legitimate interests as a business. We do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
We only share your details with people who need them to carry out your job, such as the carriers and partners we use to move your goods, and with the service providers that host our website and email. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which helps protect it from attack. We may also share information where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our normal business and accounting records, and then delete them.
Cookies and fonts
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site. Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your device’s IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
